Maker of Motion:      Mark R., Policy Coordinator

Seconded by:             Sandy P., DASCNA RCMA

Motion:  To modify clean time requirements for various positions on the ORSCNA policy:

• Treasure from 3 to 4 years
• Vice-treasurer from 2 to 3 years
• HRP #1 from 5 to 4 years
• HRP#2 from 4 to 3 years
• Policy Coordinator from 4 to 3 years
• Shared Services from 5 to 4 years
• Public Information at 4 years

Intent:   To make the clean time requirements for all ORSCNA body positions more consistent with the responsibilities of that position.

Pro:  Could result in more effective trusted servants.

Con:  Might make positions more difficult to fill.

Vote:   Back to groups.
