Motion: To change Policy 4.1.12 to read as follows:

The RSC will provide up to 5 double rooms on Saturday night only to be shared by any non-funded trusted servant at each RSC meeting. The RSC Chairperson will be responsible for coordinating this. Trusted Servants who are expecting to stay in one of the rooms being funded by the Region should not make their own room arrangements for Saturday night.

Intent: Housekeeping of policy for clarity.
