This motion was tabled to the Jan '04 RSC and there it was decided to
send it back to groups for voting at the April '04 RSC.

Motion: To have a H&I Coordinator position.

Intent:   To relieve Shared Services from many duties.

Discussion of this motion at the January 2004 RSC:

This would be a single person – no committee. Not having a contact person is not working – appears to be a need for someone to contact and coordinate with Areas. HRP only assigns temporary positions – not permanent. Send this motion back to the groups.
