Maker of Motion: Sandy K. ORSCNA Treasurer Seconded By: Cheryl R. HAMASCNA RCM Motion: To change Section 4.1.8 of ORSCNA policy to read as follows: The RSC will provide up to 5 double rooms on Saturday night to be shared by any non-funded trusted servant, and up to 3 rooms on Friday night, for any non-funded trusted servant traveling over 125 miles to the RSC meeting, at each RSC meeting. The RSC Chairperson will be responsible for coordinating this with the hosting Area and the hotel. Trusted servants who are expecting to stay Friday night must contact the RSC Chairperson at least 1 week prior to the RSC meeting. Trusted servants who are expecting to stay in one of the rooms being funded by the Region should not make their own room arrangements. Intent: To reduce the burden of trusted servants who have to travel long distances to the RSC meeting then sit in the meeting all day followed by supporting the hosting Areas speaker and Area function. Pro: Trusted servants not having to get up at 5 a.m. or earlier more willingness to serve. Con: Possible cost of 1-3 rooms to the Region. Vote: BACK TO AREAS

Maker of Motion: John A. Ad-hoc Committee Seconded By: Tim M. GCASCNA RCM Motion: To send the document (see October 2004 minutes for details) listing the requirements and responsibilities of Vice-Secretary, Vice-Treasurer, H&I Coordinator, and Policy Coordinator back to the groups to be approved as part of policy. Intent: To define the requirements and duties of our service positions. Pro: See intent. Con: None given. Vote: BACK TO AREAS
